Welcome to Akshaya IT Academy’s online courses. By enrolling in or accessing our courses, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of our services on akshayaitacademy.org. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our courses are intended for users aged 16 and above. If you are under 16, you may use our services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

• Enrollment: To access a course, you must register and pay the applicable fee. Course access is granted upon successful payment confirmation.
• Payment: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers through secure third-party processors. All fees are non-transferable.
• Scholarships: We offer scholarships for eligible rural students. Contact admin@theaitacademy.com for details.
  

• You may request a refund within 7 days of course enrollment if you are unable to access the course due to technical issues on our end.
• Refunds are not available after 7 days or if you have completed more than 20% of the course content.
• To request a refund, email admin@theaitacademy.com with your enrollment details. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
  

• Access: Upon enrollment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course content for personal, non-commercial use.
• Restrictions: You may not share, distribute, or reproduce course materials (videos, PDFs, quizzes) without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in account termination.
• Technical Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection meet the course requirements (e.g., compatible browser, stable internet).

• Be respectful in discussion forums and interactions. Do not post offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our platform. Violations may lead to account suspension.
  

All course content, including videos, texts, and logos, is the property of Akshaya IT Academy or its licensors. You may not use our materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our courses if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to comply with payment obligations. You may terminate your account by emailing admin@theaitacademy.com.

Akshaya IT Academy strives to provide accurate and reliable content but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of course materials. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including technical issues or data loss, except where required by law.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
